John Taylor

John has over 30 years of experience in technology, financial services and healthcare. At CrestMount, he has been primarily focused on commercial and equipment finance engagements as well as technology and healthcare. Prior to CrestMount John was President of Glendale Associates Corporation, Managing Director of Taylor Gordon Law Group, Executive Vice President of LeasePartners Corporation and held a number of senior management positions with US Leasing including Treasurer.

John has a BS degree in Finance from the University of Oregon and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California.

What is important to you at CrestMount?

Most companies have a “secret sauce” or a strategic advantage which makes them special. One of the exciting things about a new engagement is figuring out the client’s secret sauce and articulating that in a compelling way.

What do you do outside of CrestMount?

I love to exercise, golf, scuba diving, fly fishing, and bird watching. I’m active in our local community and non-profit. I serve on the school’s Board of Directors as CFO and am also a Green Team member maintaining the gardens at Crystal Hermitage.
